Renovation, expansion and complete interior redesign of a 3,000-square foot country club residence. Project included all new impact rated doors and additional windows. The interior design and space plan for this Delray Beach home remodel provided for an open plan kitchen, living and breakfast area with breathtaking views. State of the art kitchen with high end appliances and thick waterfall island counter. In-house designed wall moldings in both the dining and master bedroom, flexible lighting design options throughout and a fresh interior upgrade to the guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Audiovisual included outdoor TV and state of the art Sonos operating system. Chic, organic, modern décor was chosen for this Delray Beach, Florida remodeling project to enhance its surrounding location.
